- Countertops & Sinks: Countertop choices include granite or quartz. Undermount sinks are provided with countertop installation.
- Cabinet Services: Includes vanity cabinets installed with knobs and/or pulls and leveling. All cabinets are plywood, full extension, dovetail, and soft close.
- Frameless Shower Glass: Includes a frameless shower glass with decorative hardware.
- Accessories Installation: Installation of customer-provided accessory fixtures such as toilet paper holders, towel bars/hooks, mirrors, etc.
- Design Services: Meet to discuss the selection of the following items: Shower wall tile, floor tile, decorative tiles, grout selection, vanity cabinets, sinks, vanity cabinet hardware, countertop, and paint colors.
- Project Manager: Includes project status and updates via face-to-face, phone, or email from start to finish.
- Project Preparation Service: Includes pre-start drawings, existing floor protection, utility inspection, and customer question-and-answer with a review of the design and layout.
- Site Demolition & Disposal: Includes removal and disposal of all items to be replaced or updated, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical fixtures, vanities, mirrors, exhaust fans, towel holders, toilet paper holders, baseboards, tile, glass, and sub-straights.
- Tile Preparation Service: Includes wood framing for tub and/or shower, shower drain installation, construction of shower pan with pro slope and waterproofing and cement board installation. Optional single niche or ugrade to multiple niches and/or bench construction.
- Plumbing Services: Installation of customer-supplied fixtures.
- Electrical Services: Rough-in, trim out, and installation of all customer-supplied vanity light fixtures, switches, can lights, outlets, and exhaust fans.
- Sheetrock Repair & Paint Services: Includes sheetrock (repair or replacement) and painting of walls, ceiling, and trim. Baseboard installation and wallpaper removal are included as well.

After looking around for a few weeks, Coastal Floors had the best selection of engineered hardwood in the area. We found a beautiful 8"x72" white oak plank that fit perfectly with our renovation. They went above and beyond expectations, by getting a few extra boxes of flooring to us on a 1 day notice toward the end of our project. Paul and his Team did an amazing job on our Master Bathroom remodel. After a Horrible experience with our original contractor Paul was able to come in, Demo, Rebuild and Tile Our Master Bath just in time for the Holidays. Amazing Man and Group to work with. My parents purchased a home in North Ga and although it was 2 hours from their shop, Paul and his team came in, removed existing damaged hardwood flooring and sub floors. They then installed 1000 sq' of LVP, all new base boards and shoe molding in just 1 Day. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thanks again Coastal!
