What's Included?
- Preparation: Demolition, preparation, disposal, design consultation, and project management.
- Electrical Work: Removal of old fixtures if necessary, relocation of outlets, installation of project-provided ceiling LED cans, under-cabinet puck lighting, and connection of all electrical appliances.
- Plumbing: Disconnecting and hooking up of all plumbing/appliances, including relocation/moving of plumbing such as the dishwasher, sink lines when necessary.
- Cabinets with Decorative Hardware: Installation of project provided cabinets per the selected design with decorative hardware.
- Countertop: Templating, fabrication, and installation of project provided countertop, plus cutouts for sink or cooktops per design.
- Backsplash: Preparation and installation of the project provided tile.
- Mechanical: Relocation of either one air vent or gas line.
- Paint: All projects provided paint materials in the customer's choice of wall color, including priming, sanding, and painting all trim and ceilings white, as well as the removal of wallpaper when required.
- Site Clean Up: Removal and disposal of trash, debris, and cleaning of all affected work areas.
*Coastal Floors does not provide the following items: sink, plumbing fixtures, any light fixtures, and appliances.

After looking around for a few weeks, Coastal Floors had the best selection of engineered hardwood in the area. We found a beautiful 8"x72" white oak plank that fit perfectly with our renovation. The owner and staff were able to deliver over 2000 square feet of flooring during the same week it was ordered. They went above and beyond expectations, by getting a few extra boxes of flooring to us on a 1 day notice toward the end of our project. Paul and his Team did an amazing job on our Master Bathroom remodel. After a Horrible experience with our original contractor Paul was able to come in, Demo, Rebuild and Tile Our Master Bath just in time for the Holidays. Amazing Man and Group to work with. I highly recommend Coastal Floors for your remodeling needs. We will be using them again very soon for our guest bathrooms. Well they have done it again! My parents purchased a home in North Ga and although it was 2 hours from their shop, Paul and his team came in, removed existing damaged hardwood flooring and sub floors. They then installed 1000 sq' of LVP, all new base boards and shoe molding in just 1 Day. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thanks again Coastal!
